Education and Business Centre “New Gliwice”
The territory and the structures of New Gliwice are administered by the GAPR, which has established the second in Gliwice business incubator here. The business zone comprises 10 plots of the surface area of from ca. 4900 to ca. 7900 m2, equipped with the water supply and sewerage systems, with access to electricity and the teleinformatic network. The plots are separated with internal access roads.
In the offices of the floor surface area from 30 to 100 m2 equipped with e.g. teleinformatic network and a dedicated power supply network, several dozens of companies found their seats. The complex is protected 24 hours a day and the buildings have access zones marked out. All the buildings are equipped with an access connection to the Internet, the speed of which is adjusted to individual needs of customers. The Local Development Agency administers its own dedicated optical fibre connection installed by the company of GTS Energis, which allows to provide data transmission services with the 99.9% availability guarantee (SLA).
