The church stands out thanks to its unique and original shape, rounded from the front. It is a two-storey hall building, erected on a square floor plan. From the outside it is covered with red clinker bricks. A rectory and a religious education centre building adjoin it.

In the main altar there are relics of Saint Conrad of Parzham. The interior design is embellished with sculptures by Stanisław Słodowy. The main altar, the pulpit, the tabernacle, and the baptismal font came from his chisel. He is also the author of the design of the presbytery wall dedicated to Mary the Mother of Jesus and the Mother of the Church and statues of the Mother of God. In the arcade there are paintings of the Stations of the Cross by Antoni Cygan.

The church also boasts a digital organ and stained glass windows. The author of the interior design of the so-called lower church is Jerzy Witeczek.
