ul. Kopernika 63a
Gliwice
The church is run by Jesuits. Its construction was completed in 2001. Its two-storey edifice refers to the Baroque style. The authors of the reliefs located on the tympanum above the entrance are Tadeusz Hanejko and Mirosław Zapora. A true gem of the interior design is an icon of Our Lady of Kochawina, regarded as miraculous, which was brought to Gliwice from Kochawina (currently Hnizdychiv, Ukraine).
