Motorways are a chance for further development and winning new investors. Thanks to the efforts of the local authorities, two motorways have been located within the territory of Gliwice – A1 and A4. They intersect in a junction of “Gliwice-Sośnica”, where the largest motorway intersection in Poland has been opened. The motorways form a bypass ring around the city (A1, A4 and the so-called “old motorway”, i.e. the National Road No. 88).
